”Wifi didn’t work in our room. We informed front desk about it. They promised to take a look at it and inform us. Don’t know if they did anything about it, since it didn’t start to work any better. Wifi is important to tourists coming from out of States and don’t have the luxury to use unlimited access to internet as locals do. Hotel was clean. Bar food ok.”

”Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to...
