”I was honestly really disappointed with this hotel experience. The communication from the staff was extremely confusing and it seemed like nobody really knew the answers to basic questions. Every time we asked something, we got different information depending on who we spoke to. The shuttle service was also very poorly managed. They only had limited shuttle times, and the bus driver would leave exactly on schedule without giving even a few extra minutes for guests who were clearly on the way....
