”We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The resort itself is great, with a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better: providing more toilet paper, especially for larger groups, and including propane for the BBQ grill would be a nice added touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others.”

”The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!”

”The house needs a deep cleaning. There is visible dust on the ceilings and the floors are not clean. Outdoor patio needs to be power washed along with the outside of the house. Pool and hot tub floors are not clean and a cover should have been provided. We were unable to use the pool one day due to a broken timer as the pool was not properly cleaned by the tech. Water was flying all over the patio. When I called to get help I was told to turn the water off. The space in the house is nice but a...
