”This is more a review of the host as the Binks apartment location had some issue according to the host and so I stayed at an alternate location provided by the host. Upon arrival to Roseau and having access to Wifi I was made aware of alternate arrangements. The host picked me up and took me to the other location in Warner which was quite far from the main areas. However it was a large house with a garden and beautiful view so was an upgrade. I decided to explore around there for a day and then...

”Really enjoyed the property and the location. There were 4 good restaurants withing easy walking distance and two others within 5-10 minute drive. The air conditioning was helpful and we took a tour of the northern part of the island with one of the property managers which was a great value.”

”The open floor plan of the house was great. It was clean and the kitchen spacious. We cooked breakfast everyday and 3 dinner meals. We were able to manage with what was available in the kitchen. A dish rag and dish towels would have been nice. I'm not use to using a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were too hard. We were able to manage with some rolled up towels. We found shops, local produce and restaurants close by. We loved the back porch in the evening to watch...

”Fantastic place, incredible value for the cost! We enjoyed our whole stay! They even had fresh bananas and mas for us when we arrived as well as a fresh loaf of bread. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Very centrally located for activities in the area.”

”High quality. Comfortable. Windows screened to prevent bugs.”

”Easy to find. Clean comfortable and safe. What more could you ask for? ”

”Truly AMAZING! This was our first time using going through VBRO and will diffidently do it again. This house is in a spectacular area, up on a hill which provides a beautiful view and sunset. The house has everything you could need while on vacation allowing you to just kick back and relax. The host was very responsive and friendly. There was air conditioning in all rooms, however we hardly had to use it. The breeze that came through with all the windows open was perfect. The bed in the front...

”Truly excellent, spacious, well-equipped apartment with lovely balcony view down to the bay. Incredibly quiet with good quality beds so great place to sleep. 13-minute walk to the popular Mero beach. Fantastic base to explore the island but for bank services, supermarkets, petrol, travel to Roseau is needed, which is no problem as many highlights/attractions are in that direction anyway.”

”My two adult children and I enjoyed a comfortable stay in two private bedrooms of the home of the gentleman that owns and lives in the advertised property. He was a kind host, graciously welcoming us when we arrived far too late in the evening and waking before 5am to see us off for our early morning departure. The bed I shared with my adult daughter was the most comfortable I slept on during our entire trip. My only concern is that Vrbo had advertised this property to us as an "Entire Home"...

”Kitchen was large and well stocked, the outside porches are large and the views incredible. Comparatively easy to get to while being close to town and equally private and quiet”

”Très bon séjour, un hôte très agréable et à notre disposition Nous le remercions pour son professionnalismeTrès bel échange”

”Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. What really made our experience stand out was Ryan's outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. His recommendations for places to visit, things to...

”We were very happy with the apartment and loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water to our shower for the last three days of our stay. Although it was not rectified before we left, they did attempt to fix it and had a plumber come to the home. ”

”Leonard was a very attentive host and replied quickly to every concern. We might have rated our entire stay as excellent if the washing machine had been working, and if the TV system didn't require us to sign in to streaming services. As for the food choices in the grocery stores, there were so many exotic meats available, plus vegetables and fruits! We made plans to have our evening meal in the Vrbo, so that we could take advantage of the local food choices while we were out exploring the towns...

”24 hrs before checking in we were informed that the house we had booked wrrks in advance would not be available anymore..We had to accept a different house which was smaller than we had booked and the host made no effort to compensate us for this change..It was the worse experience I have ever received while using expedia.. None of the appliances were working..The neighborhood was not safe.. Truely ruined our vacation”

”Host was welcoming.Amenities were excellent.View of Caribbean Sea was spectacular.”
