The hot water in the shower was barely lukewarm. I had to go downstairs to ask for a towel as there were no towels in my room when I arrived. In general the facilities are adequate. I would rate this a basically satisfactory low cost hotel.

It was dirty, the pillow inside the cover was with mold. The smell of the room was bad. It felt unsafe with the hard music at the disco next to the reception, and strange guys. Not a place to be with kids/family. I was happy it was just for 1 night because its close to the airport.

A disgrace to UAE tourism
Ooh my word, what a disgrace to the UAE. In my country, I will be given full refund despite my stay in a place like this due to consumer protection issues. I will be visiting the UAE tourism to lay formal complaint for putting my health to such a huge risks. I had bed bugs all over my body and was itching all the time. There are cockroaches everywhere..super noisy and dirty to the core...in 8 days, I must have emptied 8 cans of cockroaches can spray...I stayed here for 8 days because of my business meetings, I could not afford to look and move to a new place... hygiene is non existence..I killed cockroaches and on my return it will still be there despite that my room was made up...I did not know whether to sleep on the floor or what because the bed is super dirty...gosh I was so nigligent not to read reviews!!!!

our room number was 711 and it was so dirty. the bathroom was nothing to write home about. staff was unprofessional especially the receptionist. I will never visit or encourage anyone to visit that hotel.

AC temperature could not be changed, the controls were not working. Complaining about it didn't help. Cleaning staff didn't clean used glasses, left the door open one day. One day, he just gave us new water bottles and didn't come to clean despite us specifically telling him to clean the room after we went out. Safe deposit box was not working.

What you pay is what you get
Good location though. Walking distance to food and shopping. BUT hotel is worn down Bathroom is leaking. Bugs everywhere. Horrible noises. Disco on first floor and we were on second floor.

IM drom AMERICA. Ive been travellung for 20 Years and I have been to 52 COUNTRIES.. Having Stayed Alljund of HOTELS from 3 Star to 7 Star Ritz-Carlton. For SIGNATURE INN -DERA in DUBAI I would say ; Its a Great Hotel Great value for money Its Location is Anazing The Hotel STAFF were veey Helpful. Its Surprising how they OFFEE So much In snall package .. like they Have a Anazung SWIMMING POOL, SPA and Even a Disco Club ..inhouse with Bolkywoid music and dancers. Plenty of Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. Im from USA But i will say Its BEST HOTEL to Stay for SOUTH ASIAN Travelers . I will Stay AGAIN and i will reccomebd to All my Friends in USA. -------------------------------- ONLY --One Drawback They have CEBTRAL AC ..So the Smoking Smell from one room comes to other Rooms. Tgey must take care of snell in Rooms!

You get what you pay for. We were just looking for a place to lay down and rest for our layover and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. We will spend more money next time. Our toilet seat was broken. Water came out of the floor drain in the bathroom when we showered. The bedsheets were stained. There were cockroaches in our room. There were no towels in our room. There is a night club on the ground floor which we could hear clearly in our room.

Disappointing!! What a total joke. I've stayed in many hotels in my lifetime but Signiture Inn is by far THE WORST. I had a long connecting flight and needed a room for the day (which was booked my well beforehand). Upon arrival, the reception staff told me that weren't any room available and that the hotel was filled to capicity. I knew instantly this was rubbish as my room should have been ready. He made me wait THREE HOURS and the room I got was dirty, disgusting and to be quite honest this whole hotel needs bjlldozing. Shocking!!

This has to be one of worst places I have stayed. The room they assigned me was saturated with Raid (cockroach bugs spray). When I complained I was told it was the only room available. Unable to take the overwhelming smell I decided to call a cab and check out. When the receptionist saw that I was checking out, she decided yo give me another room. This property is really not geared for travelers from North America etc. In my opinion, I considered this hotel more like a cheap motel American standard. There are other hotels nearby with comparable prices that are much better. Skip this motel.
