”This house is well maintained, comes nicely stocked, and the host is very good at communication. We stayed a group of 10 and slept very comfortably and spaced out. The kitchen has plenty of room for meal prep. The pool was the best feature in July (and the really good AC). there are signs letting you know about streaming services, wifi, misc rules, but none are annoying. I would recommend this house to an group looking to stay near Vegas, but not on the strip. ”

”The property is very clean and well stuffed. We found everything we need in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to grocery stores. The owners is very responsive with communications. Internet is fast. We will rent it again if we go to Las Vegas in the future.”

”My husband retired after 20 years in the Air Force last week and we chose this house to host a large number of the family that came to town to celebrate (we live in town.) It could not have been better. It was impeccably clean and all set up and organized to host lots of guests of all ages. The pool and pickleball were a huge hit as was the game room. It was stocked and outfitted with everything you’d need (the double ovens were clutch for us.) Could not be happier with our stay. ”
