”We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location”

”This is a lovely, basic property with all the necessities in a great location. I really appreciated how easy it was to reach the host, who was always very accommodating of our requests. We felt very pleased with selecting this unit for our trip. Loved how convenient it was for walking (to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station) and using the subway to get to Upper East Side, SoHo, Canal Street and Wall Street. There are lots of great stops for food in the area and several in our group...

”Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. ”This location is very convenient, and the outside space is huge! I wish we had a chance to bbq. The entry stairwell is narrow and not fancy - but the actual unit is quite nice. I wouldn't want to have to cook much here - the kitchen is definitely small. But if you want a convenient place in midtown with outside space, i would definitely rent this again.We DID have some confusion in the booking - which seems to be a result of a private booking system that the property owners use that connects to...

When we got there we had a couple of issues and we texted D.R. and responded quickly and took care of the issue.
