”Checking in was very difficult. The attendant was busy chatting on the phone. The hotel charged an extra $35 which was NOT listed by Expedia. I spent too much time just to get the room access code! The hallway was dirty. The air conditioner in the room was noisy and woke me up all the time. The storage cabinets most of them did not work. The lobby was not attended well. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed.”

”Check in was super easy, we were able to get into our room a little early which was very helpful as we were traveling with three children. The couch is more of an old futon style - it was very uncomfortable with hard spots and poking springs. The beds were great, but I would not recommend more than four people staying. There is no kitchen available, even though it was in the listing. The listing also mentioned a washer/dryer, I think it may have been in the basement of the building but we didn’t...
