”This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport.
You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry.
Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind!

”The Stars of this resort is The Staff. We felt special from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
2 things we missed: the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. Being on the mainland-facing side of the island, you don’t get the ocean breeze & having no beach area means no surf to lull me to sleep.
A couple notes: 2 options for breakfast: the buffet that’s outside and across the street & room service.

”Super cool! The hotel is beautiful and so is the pool area. View from the room balcony is magnificent. Room service breakfast was really good value and affordable too! Other food in the restaurant was just ok. Staff was super friendly, except when we wanted to go out at night, the receptionist was everything but eager to find us a taxi. Also if you don't like to hear bingo-game etc. activities from really loud speaker, you shouldn't hang out at pool during the day. Otherwise we loved it, good...
