”Hotel was stunning both inside and outside and the staff were really friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was excellent would come back to stay next time we are in Chester. Great location 5 minutes from motorway and only a few minutes from city centre and the zoo which is why we visited”

”Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back.”

”The best hospitality staff we have ever co.e across.
Clean, comfy, near the airport. This building was the old airport and it has retained its wonderful art nouveau vibes. Vintage aeroplanes round the back.
Breakfast is early....but order room service!”
”We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent.
In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site

”The hotel seemed pretty sophisticated and the building was charming. The room was pretty small, but still had the essentials (bathroom, some snacks, tea, TV). Bed wasn't necessarily nice for a tall person, but other than that I slept okay, even though the walls were paper-thin (I would say maybe not the best option for light-sleepers).
