”The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

”The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

”Does not accommodate 5 people as described. There was only 1 king bed and 2 small sofas, one was able to lay flat, like a very small futon and the other was just a narrow sofa.”

”Don’t book it! You can get locked out in the middle of the night. No one available to help on the property. You have to call them and it takes hours to get one little issue resolved. The code they provided to get on the building didn’t work it took us hours to get it through the door. Made to to the room and code didn’t work there either. Walked into a dirty room with trash and towels on the ground. Waited for 2 hours couldn’t get us any other room. Didn’t want to refund our money! After waiting...

”Our family of five stayed 4 nights - this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We requested a rollaway bed which fit nicely in the living room corner. We also requested extra towels which were delivered the next day. Laundry in basement was convenient for our stacked travels. There was also a shared kitchen in the basement but we didn’t use it. ”It is an old building which doesn’t seem super clean. The host did not respond when I pointed out window was leaking onto the bed. It is really one small bed with a bed in a room attached to it. The bathroom was tiny and takes forever for shower to get hot. It is not worth the price.”
