”Great hotel! Rooms were clean, bed and pillows comfortable, lots of light and power outlets. Air con worked ok and shower was super clean with good products. Breakfast was a bit weak and a lot of things were out before the breakfast hours were up, but that’s the same thing in all US hotels I guess.”

”This is the only place I'll stay in NYC (after trying many hotels throughout the city). "The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
