"Bar music was AI slop and all the menus are AI created. Breakfast was good English breakfast. Dinner was mediocre, better places around. Room was nice, hard to find and access but cozy. Had an fan which was great since no AC. Bathroom floor felt hollow and made loud sounds when walking. The drinks machine downstairs is very reasonable priced. Overall very enjoyable stay and only small issues. Staff was polite and nice."

"Tilava huone kolmelle hengelle, olin positiivisesti yllättynyt! Huone oli muutenkin siisti ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. Sijainti oli hyvä, metropysäkki oli toisella puolella katua. Aamupalaa emme ottaneet, joten siitä ei kokemusta."

"Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Sijainti erinomainen. Elisabeth Linelle kävelee kymmenessä minuutissa ja joen yli lautta ilmainen. Uber boatilla helppo liikkua London Bridgelle yms. Hotellihuoneen ilmastointi ei ollut mistään kotoisin, mutta parvekkeen oven sai onneksi auki."

"Park Plaza County Hall is an excellent hotel. First and foremost, its location is outstanding. Many of London’s major attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest Underground station is just a short stroll away. The hotel provides excellent service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-designed. The bathroom could perhaps benefit from some refurbishment in the future, but otherwise the room feels modern, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. We were particularly pleased to see that the breakfast area had been renovated. The breakfast itself was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We have stayed at Park Plaza County Hall several times, and once again we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The next time we travel to London, there is a very good chance that we will choose this hotel again for our stay."
