”Building site, unsafe, filthy, completely different from pictures on hotels.com. No lounge bar, no reception area. Should not have been open We walked out and drove home they refused to give me my money back.”

”Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”

”The hotel is great, just think the bar is understaffed and slow service. The hotel would benefit from an experienced bar staff. That said the staff are pleasant they just lack the bar training and experience. ”

”Great place to stay right in the centre of Leicester. The rooms are updated, modern and very comfortable. Parking is available on site at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety of high quality food to choose from. Highly recommended.”

”Great location, staff and room. Only downside was that they do not accept walk in reservations at the reception. Reservations must be booked online. You can book it whilst in the hotel lobby from your phone though.”

”The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

”Staff were all very friendly and patient. From reception staff to waiting staff at breakfast. I upgraded to an executive suite and it was really clean and comfortable. ”

”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”

”Good basic no frills hotel. Rooms and very small but quiet. Annoying that they charge for parking but don't police the car park for diesel vans in electric car spaces and disabled spaces. Out of a generous 8 electric parking bays 5 of them had been used by diesel and petrol vehicles”
