”Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy .

”All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting ”

”Lovely stay, near to car park and my planned events for the weekend. Do wish there was Netflix on the TV. Linen fresh and clean. Bottom of curtains do need some attention. Breakfast fresh and plentiful, really enjoyed. Have gym facilities which i was able to make use of. Thank you ”

”We stayed for a week. It was a good option for the price. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear what sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end (it turned out to be human children) The floors are obviously very thin and not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Grounds were lovely. And the Heathley Arms Pub across the car park was wonderful for lunch and dinner options. ”

”Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly.
Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”
