”All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting ”
”Staff were excellent and very friendly especially reception. Very warm welcome, I liked the rooms, they have a modern feel and the bathroom clean and modern.
Surprisingly good breakfast with all you might like to eat for a modern British breakfast. ”

”Had a good stay at Ibis. Excellent location at the edge of city center and away from the hustle and bustle. It's a no-frills place and was fit for purpose. Nice bar and restaurant too and very helpful Staff members. ”

”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following...
”Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy .
Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night.”

”Location is convenient. Close to dining, shopping and entertainment. No transportation needed to get around. Friendly staff. Affordable. Rooms had everything we needed and was clean.”

”Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly.
Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”
”Staff are really friendly and very helpful rooms are lovely and clean and beds are very comfortable supplied with plenty of fresh towels and room for all your belongings and the restaurant has amazing food lots of choice and good value for money and cooked fresh this is my 3rd visit and will continue to stay ”
