”Ihan ok hotelli keskellä aasialaisaluetta. Lyhyt matka moniin erilaisiin ravintoloihin. Huoneet aika kuluneet mutta puhtaat. Sängyt ok, suihku ok. Hotellin uima-allas on ihan kiva joskin siellä ei ole mulavaa jos on enemm än kuin 5 henkeä paikaalla samaan aikaan.”

”Very Disappointing Experience – Unwelcoming Front Desk Staff
My experience at this hotel was disappointing, particularly because of the behaviour of the front desk staff member. She was rude, unwelcoming, and showed very little courtesy or hospitality.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that I noticed a difference in how she interacted with other guests compared to how she treated guests with brown skin. I cannot say for certain whether this was intentional discrimination,...

”Hilton is a 4+ star hotel and I found the executive room quite big and realtive very clean.
I have some points that the Hilton Management should review.
1) At first I had booked with a king size bed and then I changed to two double beds. I found that the two double beds do not fit in the room, Better to tell customers that the two double beds are not ideal.
2) The door between the leaving room area and the room was not closing (lever latch was not latching). Door was jamming in the frame. Need...

”The room need some renovation since it was quite worn down and beds were not very comfortable. Check-in was not the smooth experience I have come across in other Hiltons hotels. The staff at breakfast was far from professional - we were sat down into a table that had not been cleared from previous diners and they never got the dirty dishes away. We were also given food on dirty dishes and our order got mixed up a few times. For the price of our room it was definitely not worth it and would stay...

”Really cool little hotel located in a back alley with a nice lobby lounge/cafe. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean comfortable and quirky! The whole thing reminds me of hipster hotels I have stayed in Europe, including the easy access to subways, bars, restaurants and entertainment. We had fun!”
