”We arrived a few hours before check-in time, and still got our room right away. Great service! Very beautiful and clean, well equipped place to stay. The spa was beyond words: sauna, hot tubs, cold beer... Loved it! All worth the money! And good breakfast - not included in every accommodation in Iceland, this was very nice.”

”A little out of the way but very worth the extra drive - note that the road out to the guesthouse is gravel and the driveway is a bit steep. Lovely clean little house with a nice kitchen area, tidy rooms, and good bathrooms. Great views. Owners and other guests were very pleasant. We didn’t take advantage of purchasing meals but they looked very good. ”

”It's a lovely guesthouse in a former school building, with a small room but a comfortable common area and a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of the fjord. The area is a bit isolated--just a tiny village, and it takes over an hour to get there from the main road by a steep winding dirt road. We hiked up the hill, but the trail isn't well maintained. It's a great place for peace and quiet, but not as a base for exploring the eastern fjords.”

”Koodia huoneeseemme kysyimme erikseen, viesteihin vastattiin ystävällisesti. Odotimme kivaa taloa maalla, keittiön sisustus oli mummolan tuntuinen ja ihan ok, mutta huoneemme kunto ja sängyt eivät olleet hyvät. Kaikki tuuletusikkunat koko talossa oli auki ja talo kylmä. Huoneessamme oli runsaasti ötököitä avoimen ikkunan takia, jaettu wc ja kylpyhuone oli myös kylmä ja sisällä muutamia ötököitä. Sänkyjen liinavaatteet kuluneet ja vaikka olivat pesty niin ei tuntunut kivalta. En voisi itse...
