Hyvällä hiljaisella alueella sijaitseva hotelli. Ravintola osittain trrassilla yläkerrassa, lumoava näköala vanhaan Firenzeen. Hyvä ja erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Huone pienehkö kahdelle henkilölle. Viileä, yöllä välillä palelimme ja lisäpeitto tarpeen. Huoneessa/kylpyhuoneessa vesivahinko? Hieman tunkkainen haju huoneessa.

Huonot sängyt ja yöpymisvero pitää maksaa
Sängyt olivat erittäin kovia ja paikkaa ei voi suositella huonouniselle. Keskustan nähtävyykseen on reilu kävelymatka, eli jos aiot viipeyä Firenzessä pidempään, ota hotelli lähempänä keskustaa. Ja HUOM!! jouduimme maksamaan veron yöpymisestä, vaikka etukäteen luvattiin että ne sisältyvät hintaan!!!!

Perushotelli lähellä päärautatiasemaa
Hotelli aika helposti saanut neljä tähteä. Huoneet kuluneita. Yleisissä tiloissa saneeraus käynnissä, josta päivisin yleismelua. Katon uima-allas ja terassialue viehättävä. Aamupala suppea, mutta perushyvä. Hotellin sijainti keskustaan nähden aavistuksen sivussa, mutta taas päärautatieasemalle (Santa Maria Novelle) hyvän matkan päässä.

vanhan keskustan läheisyydessä
Kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta keskustasta sijaitsevassa hotellissa oli ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu. Huoneet pidettiin siisteinä ja aamupalalla oli valinnan mahdollisuuksia ihan kohtalaisesti (tuoreita hedelmiä, pekonia ja munakasta, jugurttia ja mysliä, myös useampia eri kakkuja ja kroisantteja). Talviaikaan aulabaari on auki iltapäivisin ja silloinkin henkilökunta ei ollut koko ajan saatavilla. Käytävämelua ei huoneisiin kantautunut, sillä huoneissa oli kaksoisovet, joiden välissä oli pieni eteinen. Kaikki huoneet ovat erilaisia, mutta huoneemme oli kolmelle hengelle tilava. Suihkutiat olivat siistit ja toiletery valikoima laaja (suihkumyssystä vartalovoiteeseen).

Excellent Hotel
Perfectly located, very good service, and nice rooms (I upgraded to a superior room with a balcony). The hotel has also a very nice rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence for the next time.

We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away. We would highly recommend!

The entire staff made us feel comfortable. We don’t speak Italian but they spoke English and assisted us with our plans in the city and transportation. We loved our stay and would return if the opportunity presents itself.

We stayed in a beautiful superior room with balcony and definitely recommend this hotel. Great service, friendly staff and one of the few hotels to have a pool on the roof. Within walking distance to all the attractions yet away from the crowd with beautiful views, perfect.

The hotel was stunning, staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in (room 130) was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more, especially as it had a balcony where we could sit out in the evening with a nice bottle of Prosecco!! The rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner was sublime with stunning views of Florence. We will highly recommend the Kraft Hotel to our friends and we definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Silver Wedding anniversary so special.

PARFAIT POUR VISITER FIRENZE
L hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter florence, le petit déjeuner est parfait, le personnel très efficace, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable . Par contre j avais envoyé un message avant pour connaître les disponibilités et prix parking mais je n ai jamais eu de retour de même que aucun intérêt d être membre gold aucun avantage. L hôtel n’est en rien responsable je pense . Et ça n’empêche en rien de recommander l hôtel kraft. Grazie arrivederci.

Perfect place for our 3 days in Florence! Everyone that works there is so nice and accommodating! Our room was beautiful and we loved having a balcony! It was fantastic to have a pool after a day of sightseeing! It was about a mile to Uffizi, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. We didn’t mind the 20 minute walk at all, walking along the Arno river was beautiful!
