”Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...”

”We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.”

”The home is elegant. It faces the river/mainland with water views from every room. It's a split-level featuring a dramatic entry leading up to the living/dininig areas and down to a fully-equipped party room with two of the three bedrooms and massive projection TV. Out back is an inground pool, tanning beds and a private boat dock (rented separately). The home is beautifully furnished but (in my opinion) isn't set up to accomodate small children or rowdy teenagers. There's a instruction booklet...

Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, large patio area with pool & grill, quiet neighborhood & not far from stores. Owners were great in communicating. Kid friendly eating surfaces (not just glass tables), high chair, trundle beds, a tub with hand held shower head, pool with all the accessories (noodles, floaties, towels) and beach chairs for trips to the ocean. Lots of lounging space to soak in the sun or in the shade. We ate on patio almost every day. Loved the caution strips on the tall doorsteps to outside so I didn’t bash my toes even once. Comfortable beds too! We will definitely be back to this...
