The breakfast was in a beautiful restaurant and it was quite nice, but the chairs were so dirty I couldn't sit on the one in my table because I had a white skirt on. ”An excellent stopover on a long journey north! It indeed has the air of a conference centre, and obviously was very quiet as there was no conference on, and that suited us. Our single bedrooms were small, but adequately equipped with a comfortable chair, and tea-making facilities, and nice en-suite. The rooms were very quiet, and had very comfortable beds. ”I want my money back the stay was horrific. Children screaming running shouting and parents shouting for hrs till 1/2am all around node and outside the hotel. Had to Stay in premier inn hotel n shirley sleep has ill and shattered. should have been in dorset Woking did send emails”

”Just love stopping here. The food is really first class and the staff are lovely. We stay here on the way or way back from our sons in Somerset. It has weddings on a weekend and the restaurant closes on a Monday so we do try to fit our travel plans in so we can stop here.”

”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

”Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me. My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand. Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed in but can definitely be improved.”
