”Nice and clean hotel, close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.”

”For anyone who wants pick up service to the airport please use uber or taxi app instead. The hotel taxi service might charge you extra depends on the taxi driver, due to lack of transparency”

”Alles”

Meni kauan. Tämä koskee ainoastaan aamiaisravintola Turca. Kylpylä on siisti ja palvelut todella hyviä....

”Great all round”

”Nice and clean place to stay waiting your flght.”

”outstanding customer service, clean room, spacious with all the amenities, we arrived late evening after long road trip and manager facilitate us to use SPA and HAMAM.”

”Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. There were just too much hassle – my other booking for my colleaque was dissappeared and it took very long to get another room. And I was charged for this hotel room even though I wasn’t even going to make a payment of this. In addition, the area and the hotel itself aren’t as good as they should be (based on the Hotel.com’s feeback)... Maybe better luck next time for some other customer...”

”Great location”

”Location seems not to far on the map from the main attractions in Istanbul but due to traffic often takes two hours to get there due to traffic. Staff were really good. Heidar, Omar and Ahmet and another one I have forgotten the name were really helpful and polite. The wifi is limited and only two people can use it and if you need more devices access wifi theyvask for more passports!!! So wifi limitations sucks”

”Great hotel! Small, comfortable, with own garden territory. Staff very friendly and supportive. Mall within walking distance. Ferry from Kartal to Princess Islands are 10 minutes walk from hotel. There is a friendly golden retriver Lucky living on the hotel teritory and welcoming guests by happy face))”

”The room was extremely small and not clean at all. The night staff welcomed us very politely, which we appreciated. However, in the morning, when I asked where I should return the keys, the staff member responded using hand gestures instead of speaking and did not make any eye contact. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional.”

”I needed to stay close in kartal so I chose this hotel. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The rooms are extremely small. There was a smell of sewers my whole stay and even when they tried to fix it . İt stayed there so as long as I was in the room I was smelling like I was living in a sewer station. I literally couldn’t breathe and tried to stay out most of my time. The ocean view is non existent. You need binoculars to see the ocean. The Ac didn’t work at the beginning but they fixed...
