”Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

”Room was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!”

”There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

”I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. The employees were super nice. My only regret is I did not have more time to explore the area. I will always look for Westin hotels while traveling”

”This was a motel, not a hotel. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked for personal safety reasons. Which leads to if you’re not familiar with the area, it’s not the best. The pictures of the room were better than it was. It looks like they had remodeled and done so very cheap and poorly. I couldn’t believe the extra grout just slabbed in places in the shower. The only saving grace were the pillows and the bed being decent. ”

Rooms are gorgeous, always clean, and designed for actual humans with luggage to comfortably exist for several nights. This is my go to hotel for the cooler months in the Phoenix area!”

”I was pleasantly surprised. I need a place for one night. I didn’t need anything fancy. Just a place to sleep.
It was nicely remodeled, clean and very comfortable. The fridge and microwave were nice. The bed was also comfortable.
I would stay again and recommend it for a short stay without the need for pool and other amenities.”

”When we first arrived the guy behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. My husband worked out in the gym and said it was very nice. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again!”
