”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”Spacious rooms but old. Good breakfast and dinner buffer. The location is inconvenient to access even with your own car. But the price is reasonable. ”

”I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat. All of a sudden I see her drive up to the station and give it to me. Excellent Japanese hospitality ”
