”My 2nd time here, so I knew it was gonna be good. I enjoy visiting the amusement park and by booking this hotel, I also get to use the parking lot for free and visit the magnificent Onsen facility next to it. The stay itself and the restaurants are a but pricey, though, but expectable under the circumstances.”

”The hotel has nice facilities, on a quiet lake front road. Everything was going smoothly. Only one thing to complain, there are a few tour groups. These groups were kind of noisy in the dining hall. It would be nice if the dining hall can be divided for those groups to be in their group rooms.”

”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). ”

”This hotel was my favourite experience in Japan. The most striking feature is the view of Lake Kawaguchi upon entering the room. The room is also spacious and you are supplied with a yukata to wear inside the hotel. This adds to the experience of immersing yourself in the culture. The whole hotel can only be navigated in the supplied house slippers (shoes left in lobby). The parts that stood out to me was the food we had for breakfast and dinner (half-board). I always left too full to move!...

”Spacious rooms but old. Good breakfast and dinner buffer. The location is inconvenient to access even with your own car. But the price is reasonable. ”
