”Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. ”

”We were visiting friends so only stayed 1 night. Room was clean and bed comfy. Breakfast was really nice. Full English beautifully cooked and perfect poached eggs! ”

Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Pointed out wardrobe door to concierge and they had it fixed the next day, but should have been done before guest arrival - tables in hallway tired and peeling off. The staff was friendly though, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good choice.”
