”This was hands down the most horrific and terrible motel experience of our entire lives, and it completely ruined our very first vacation to this area. We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Even worse, they did not even provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, leaving us with absolutely nothing to wash...

”Great cheap place to stay. No evidence of pest control issues. Great mattress protectors. Clean. Good water pressure. New floors.”

”The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.”

”The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will...

”Something went wrong with the air conditioner, and I woke up in the entire room was soaking wet never touched the air conditioner. I don’t know what setting it was supposed to be on. It was the setting they put it on, but I woke up soaking wet, went downstairs ass for help. They offered me more towels to clean up all the water on the floor. That’s not really what I was looking for didn’t sleep half the night because I was soaking wet in my bed.”

”Clean rooms, Jigar was available and helpful. Parking was right by the room location. Not too much to say about breakfast. But coffee and juice was available.”

”Was decent hotel for a quick weekend trip. The staff was friendly and no real complaints about the hotel itself. The only down side was someone had a dog in a room that barked all night long during the duration of our stay. The other thing I will mention, and this wasn't the fault of the staff or the hotel. They have signs up about it. But dont forget things in the bed of your truck. Chances are they wont be there in the morning.”

”What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia.”
