”ocation was good and room was clean.
Our room was on the 7th floor right in front of the elevator and you could hear every time the elevator was in use. Nobody’s cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels
Staff were borderline friendly. There was lady at the front desk who didn’t explain everything to us in check in and that same lady was there when I check out and didn’t even ask how was your stay nothing.
Another stay at the hotel cafe was very rude towards us and unhelpful.

”For a Hyatt hotel, this was meh at best. I paid extra for higher floor room. But my view was still not great, for it was the opposite side of the downtown. Now I know that not everyone will get the good side. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel it’s wrong to charge extra for the rooms with poorer view. The “complimentary breakfast had 3 items only, and one of those was some terrible, dry, stale turkey sausages that I couldn’t bear to finish. And I’m someone who will eat almost anything!...

”Room was nice. They gave us a room on highest floor which was really nice. Very welcoming at check in and easy check out. We were there during new years so lots of in and out traffic but wasn’t super loud and security on site too. One thing that disappointed us was we found a used condom in our room under the bed so that wasn’t great. One minor stain on one of the sheets but nothing crazy. Still, not ideal. Told the front desk and they removed one of the fees for those things but I feel like...
