”Wij hadden de ‘river view’ kamer: Een geweldige en ruime kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht op de rivier en een aantal bruggen. Heerlijke bedden! Koffie en thee beschikbaar en koelkast gevuld met drankjes gratis. Ontbijtbuffet heerlijk vers en heel uitgebreid. Hotel in centrum van de stad. Bij een probleem met parkeren werden we uiterst vriendelijk geholpen. Geduldig personeel wat echt probeert mee te denken. ”

”We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

”We had a very comfortable, clean, spacious room overlooking the Millenium Bridge. We needed to be quiet, as we were attending a family funeral. And it was. The facilities in the room are excellent. You have everything you need and more. Watch out for extemely hot water in the shower. Also, we paid an extortionate amount of money for a 10/15 minute taxi ride which the hotel booked for us. "It's not new place and overall it looks quite fine. However via hotels.com we had a marking in our room that it includes AC. It definitely didn't. It was extremely hot. There's some towel heater in the toilet that can't be turned off at all. Toilet is constant +30-35C during summer days. In the room you can only open your window by few inches. They had a small table fan in the closet which was the most disgusting thing I've seen for a while. It was covered in thick dust and dirt and it took like half an hour to clean it. At first it shot huge cloud of dust all over the room. TV also needed power from the outlet so you needed to press the button first. When you look behind the TV you can see probably years of thick moisturized dust formed everywhere so it looked more like a fire hazard than only just disgusting. There was breakfast and it was ok but without anything fresh to go on bread. But bacon, beans, eggs and sausages were available. Beds were comfortable and shower had nice shower gels and shampoos. There was also very good parking area outside. Check-in&out also worked very fast and that was nice. There's also good looking gym."
