”The room we booked was “ out of order “ I ended up in a smaller room that couldn’t fit my family. We were told Expedia would be refunded. When checking out and asking for my Expedia refund I was told the manager will call you in the morning. That’s all. Just to leave and then be charged 900 dollars on the card that I used for deposit for a tiny room that I did not ask for. Really bad business.”

”I asked to skip House keeping one day and they skipped the entire 3 day stay instead. I called and asked, they said they would send someone but it didn’t happen. Air con in rooms sounds like a freight train is coming through. Walks are thin, could hear someone’s TV blaring in another room. Food is mediocre. Rooms are cool, pool is a nice amenity but it’s not an earth shattering experience. Front desk staff was helpful with a few requests I made. Served its purpose.”

”Cleanliness did not seem to be a high priority. There was a big stain on the rug, a disintegrating door frame in the bathroom, and a leaky faucet. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is definitely overpriced.”

”The property was in a great location for me, we were checked in with ease, and your front desk person was very helpful with our questions. The facility was clean and well maintained as we walked through. The room was updated and clean and overall plenty comfortable for us. We will be back again.”

”I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. At first, I was a little taken aback by the outdated motel sign, but I figured they might be rebranding, so I decided to give them a chance and I'm so glad I did. Both young ladies that checked us in and out were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Our room was clean, modern, spacious, and well-lit, with a comfortable king-sized bed, smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay....

”Staff was great. Local supermarket next to hotel made getting some food a breeze.”

”It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit”

”The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful especially when I couldn’t figure out/didn’t read the directions for the coffee maker. He seamlessly combined the two separate reservations allowing me to stay in the same room. The young woman who took my breakfast breakfast was delightful and pleasant. The food was delicious and served very quickly. I absolutely loved the style and comfort of the couch. The only issue I had was the mattress needed to be replaced.”

”Room was not clean. After a two night stay. After telling the staff when housekeeping come in please leave extra towels. I return that evening nothing was done. Room not clean at all.”
