”Koko hotelli-idea ihanan puutarhan keskellä on ainutlaatuinen Kanarialla. Palveelu on myös hyvää/ loistavaa, mutta viime vuosina on vähemmän henkilökuntaa, joka näkyy esim illallisella tarjoilijoiden kiireenä. Ainoa heikkous on surkeahko internet-yhteys.”

”Absolutely amazing hotel. Very pleasant stay overall. I can highly recommend this to anyone. 11th floor area with sunbeds and pool magnificent. Just a few recommendations for improvement. 1. Shower. The shower should maintain constant temperature through the showering. Now the water temperature was chancing all the time. 2. Even rhough almost everyone has half board, many people still want to have lunch. Would be nice if there would be different options for lunch such as tapas or smaller...

”Todella hyvin varusteltu huoneisto, mahtava lämmitetty uima-allas ja hyvä 0,6 m syvä lastenallas. Tarkka ja ystävällinen uimavalvoja huolehtimassa turvallisuudesta. Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen hotelli. Eri päivinä tarjoiltiin eri teeman mukainen illallinen, ruoka oli ihan ok. Henkilökunta oli enimmäkseen ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Hissi oli rikki koko 2 viikon lomamme ajan, itse olimme kohtalaisen hyvässä kunnossa, mutta sääliksi kävi vanhempia ja huonokuntoisempia hotellin asiakkaita...
