”reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice”

”We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!”

”This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

”Hotel is located in a walking distance from the Tulum main road.The room was small and dark, but clean. Good towels and bed linen, but there's a very unpleasant plastic sheet on the bed. Good shower with a proper water pressure - something to mention as we encountered also something opposite elsewehere! There's a lovely roof top terrace with hammocks to enjoy sunsets and a joint kitchen. People were very friendly and helpful. They rent bikes for the hotel guests what was very handy.”

”This is a perfectly serviceable apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very safe. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. There isn't a lot of cookware, but enough to get by. The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places. ”

”Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. ”

”En general buena experiencia, la zona de la piscina muy agradable y pudimos usar las mesas y sillas para cenar y desayunar sin problema. Las habitaciones son aceptables, justas pero bien aprovechadas, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente durante la estancia pero se pudo solucionar. Buena ubicación y tiene parking cerca pero es en la calle.”
