Dear Guests, we thank you for your comments.Our hotel have been renovated in 2020 and windows are with double glasses.Of course we are situated in town, so around us there is traffic.We also keep open 24 hours air conditions in order to give you possibility to have fresh air and no noise from the street. Durch Reisegruppe war das Frühstück in der Zeit um 9 Uhr problematisch, da nicht genug Personal in diesen Tagen des Jahreswechsel da war. Der Frühstücksraum war in der Lobby und der vermutlich eigentliche Frühstücksraum geschlossen.

Nice Place but Newly Renovated Rooms Need Work!
Front desk lady, Mika, was GREAT! Our newly renovated room however, needs work. The door needs a key, the buttons to alert cleaning crew not to clean, doesn't work, so they cleaned anyway and left our door unlocked since the doors need an actual key! Luckily nothing was stolen! The shower needs to be modified as it doesn't drain properly and all the water comes out onto the bathroom floor. we had to use multiple towels. It was not designed well at all. We informed the Team members. The construction guy hadn't wiped down their measurements etc. from the cupboards area and cleaning crew didn't see it either. The tiles weren't wiped down in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway needs AC. Rooms were nice and modern.

Hotel Acandia was perfect for my husband and myself. The hotel is modern and spacious, the room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed and pillows, a fridge, kettle and TV with the BBC news channel. The surroundings are quiet mostly, in a tree lined street and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is in the north of the new town, perfect for walking to the Old Town or the bus station.There is a pool, if you want to swim, although we did not use it.The breakfast is excellent, everything that you would want: good coffee, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast, cheese, cakes, etc.We had no complaimts.

Geweldig fijn hotel in Rhodos centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Een dag fietsen gehuurd en de wat wijdere omgeving verkend. Met auto naar Lindos en eiland rondgereden. En dan weer terug in het hotel. Fijne bedden en heerlijk zwembad. De hele middag in de zon! Ontbijt is prima!

We had a fantastic stay at Acandia Hotel during our honeymoon. We are very thankful for the entire staff who we found to be very efficient and friendly. Sabrina the manager has a fantastic handle on all aspects of the hotel and understands how a well run hotel operates. The hotel rooms were very modern and setup creatively. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room each day. We are also thankful that we were able to check in early as we spent a significant amount of time traveling on very little sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect. Finally, the breakfast buffet was the best complimentary one we have even experienced. The options were plentiful and everything was cooked perfectly. Easily the best breakfast buffet at a hotel we have experience throughout our travels. Breakfast was an experience we did not want to miss and was always an exciting start to the day!

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato perfetto! La zona è ideale: è vicino alla spiaggia, a ristoranti e negozi. La struttura è arredata con molto stile ed è estremamente pulita, il buffet della colazione è molto vario e lo staff è stato assolutamente ineccepibile, sempre gentile e amichevole. Molto bello il bar dell'hotel, con molta scelta e a prezzi onesti. Se dovessi tornare a Rodi sicuramente soggiornerei di nuovo qui.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We received an upgraded room, which was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with wide choices. The hotel is in an excellent location. We could easily walk to most places we were interested in seeing. We would recommend it highly.

Just returned from 1 week stay at acandia Hotel, and I can only say this hotel delivered above my expectations, staff were exceptional tight knit team resulting in a very professional service executed in a very personable and friendly manner. Good breakfast and bar, excellent housekeeping service 10 out of 10 for hygiene modern and stylish design, comfy beds in Central Rhodes yet quiet, hope to return again.Thanks to all. ❤️

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and to the port to get boat tours. Bar service at the pool, good breakfast, big and super comfortable bed, everything spotless clean, including the common areas. Arrived early for check-in and my room was ready. Everyone from the staff is so nice, always helpfull and with a smile in their faces. Special thanks to Sabrina and Mariana.

Good hotel
Arrived at midnight and reception staff very pleasant, efficient, and welcoming. Stayed in deluxe room and was spacious with settee, chair, and balcony furniture, and all clean and fresh. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Daily cleaning of room and fresh towels provided every 2 days. Plenty of choice for breakfast (even when staying for a fortnight) and hot foodstuffs were hot and no shortages. No issues with Covid compliance and safe distancing, all were maintained throughout. Decent sized pool with sufficient beds. Great location within very easy walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk to old town and town centre for shops etc. No excess noise issues in the area. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Excellent stay in Rhodes
This hotel met my expectations and more. The staff were all super friendly, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were as well. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. It's hard to think of specifics because it just was overall a really good experience and when I come back to Rhodes with my family we will be staying at this hotel.

Hotel nuovissimo e confortevole. Colazione varia nello standard (migliorabile nell'offerta dei dolci). Piscina a disposizione dei clienti.La richiesta di un cuscino più sottile è stata prontamente esaudita dalla direttrice. Ottima la posizione. Uniche note negative: tutti gli hotel in Europa hanno a disposizione dei clienti una mappa della città, qui non trovata. Mancanza di una postazione Internet per i clienti.

Great hotel is in town so some occasional noise
Comfortable beds, blackout curtains,great shower. Loads of choice for breakfast. Could do with a few more hooks in room for drying towels .There is a church near by so did hear bells on a Sunday . A couple of nights I heard a bit of music from near by but it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake.

Nice Stay
A nice, clean hotel with two pools and a very good breakfast. Offers spa services at the neighboring hotel which was lovely. The only complaint would be the need for better pillows.

Great hotel
The staff were really friendly, and always here to help you. The breakfast was delicious, you can choose the breakfast from the menu. The room is clean and looked the same as in the photos. You can sunbathe near the pool on the sunbeds. The location is great, close to all sightseeing places. Recommend to stay here!
