”We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day....

”We had an excellent time with the family at Park Plaza Riverbank. We enjoyed the breakfast, restaurant and the kids loved the swimming pool and kids entertainment room”

”Huone oli erinomainen, tilava ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli sijaitsi siistillä, viihtyisällä ja suhteellisen rauhallisella alueella. Big Ben, Westminister Abbey olivat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kuten myös Sea Life, London Eye ja Paddington Expierience. Big Benille käveli noin 5-7 minuutissa. Hotellin lähellä oli pieniä lahjatavaraliikkeitä ja iso ruokakauppa. Waterloon mettoasema oli lähellä, noin 5-7 minuutin kävelymatkan...

”We had a pleasant stay for four nights and would definitely book again in the future. The service was good and attentive. The superior room was spacious and items/bedding in the room was of good quality. The only thing not pleasant was the fitted carpet in the room, but thats a small minus overall. Location is excellent, very easy access to Gatwick, there is even a direct acces to Victoria station from the hotel. ”

”In our room was a refrigerator. We prefer cool drinks for example sparkling water. This refrigerator was not cool at all but near the room temperature.”

”Lomamatka perheen kesken. Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, jos liikkuu julkisilla. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja palvelu hyvää. Aamupala oli hyvä. Ostosmahdollisuuksia arvostavalle ehkä hiukan syrjäinen sijainti, mutta julkisilla kulkien, kaikki on aika lähellä. Olimme hotellilla pari tuntia etuajassa, tarkoituksenamme oli jättää laukut hotellille,mutta saimmekin huoneen heti. Myös late checkout onnistui helposti.”

”Huoneemme oli melko vaatimaton, sänky tavanomainen. Yleiset tilat hyvät, aamiaishuone viehättävä ja aamiainen erinomainen. Sijainti meille loistava.”

”Kiva ja siisti hotelli. Uloskirjautumisen kanssa olisi paljon kehitettävää. Kesti 30 min jättää matkalaukku päiväksi säilytykseen, kun sama vastaanottovirkailija rahasti asiakkaita, vastaanotti säilytettäviä laukkuja ja mikä uskomattominta, jätti palvelutiskin ja lähti kuljettamaan laukkuja ties kuinka kauas säilytykseen. Kannattaisi olla joku erillinen henkilö vastaanottamassa säilytettävä laukkuja !!! En ehkä majoitu uudelleen, otti niin kovasti päähän tuollainen huonosti järjestetty asia,...

”Well located hotel close to the main rwvstations and UG. Decent walking to centrum. Rooms are a bit worn, but spacy. Restaurant downstairs for dinner nd breakfast was really good. Small gym. ”
