”The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. ”Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. The only thing that we consider was lacking was maybe more pool activities by the entertainment staff like games and competitions. Also an actual Teen club would have been nice as our 14 year old daughter didn’t have much for options if it wasn’t for soccer, volleyball etc in the athletic area.”
