”The entire property is immaculate! We loved all the variety of food options, our suite was beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The private beach was also nice and Ricardo at the front desk was great for accommodating an extension in our stay because of canceled flights. We can’t wait to come back!”

Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. Upon arrival the electricity was out but that is of no control of the hotel staff/management.
