”Myself and my husband stayed for 1 night as we were attending an outdoor event in the North Car Parks. The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to resorts world and the event we were attending (we were very lucky with the weather for this!) The hotel was lovely. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and just what we needed. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ”

”Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely room. No water in the room and as it is located in a separate building from the bar I believe this is essential. Room keys are reset overnight so you have to go back to reception to get back into your room. Restaurant is very busy so you must book in advance. Service at dinner was a bit chaotic with no segregation of duties. However every staff member was very friendly and helpful.”

”Stayed here for 2 days as we explored the Cotswold area. We had room 29. Spacious, but had low beams in room so watch your head if your tall. Heat was turned off when we got to room on a cold day.
