”I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 ”

”We hired the whole boat and that made it an even more magical experience! Halong bay was amazing, but the Aman Junk boat experience was amazing. Boat was a big run down, but staff were very accommodating and friendly. Meals were amazing. Only problem was Expedia advertised meals etc included but it was all extra!”

”For the price of a hostel, this hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice. Breakfast included, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Being and older building the noise from within the hotel can be quite loud but ear plugs will fix that. The toilet may talk to you during the night due to the older plumbing system. (sounds only)”

”The place is completely rundown, nothing looks like the pictures. The room was filled with mosquito and food choice was limited and horrible. Dont book this place even if you think is a good deal it will be a nightmare.”

”We wanted to stay here and booked for 2 nights. However they said they never heard of hotel.com and were full. They didn't canceled our hotel booking with hotel.com so know I have to proof I didn't stay there to get my money back. and didn't help us in any way. No service at all. ”
