âThis is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room.
Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

âRoom was tiny but sufficient. Location is close to everything and still the place is quiet and very clean. The service was great. My arrival got delayed and still my check-in was very easy and last-minute changes in schedule were no problem. Would return gladly.â

âMy âcompact doubleâ was huge, it had even a separate dressing space! The room must have been redone quite lately as everything was so nice and everything was kept very clean. Service was impeccable during my whole stay, in the bar, the breakfast and especially in the reception. The location is the best possible; by the sea and buses leave 50 m from the doorstep. âGreat little hotel, far exceed my expectations. Spotlessly clean room, lovely cotton bed linen, great shower and beautiful decor. The only issue is parking, but we managed to find a place along the sea front ÂŁ8 per day. Iâd definitely stay at the charm again, very friendly staff and a beautifully appointed room, and amazing value. â

âBooked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption⊠at 2pm asked again, reply was âno it is 4pmâ. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.

âNice little guest house in great location. Near the bus station and only a 25 min walk to the railway station. Friendly service and good breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was not very good otherwise the room was fine. Unfortunately some customers cannot behave properly. We were woken up twice during the night when a woman was shouting and banging the door near our room.â
