”Easy check in. Room was clean but out dated. If you are looking for a modern hotel this place is not for you. If you are looking for an antique efficiency then this is the place. Was nice to see an older hotel that was full of beach bound tourist. Short walk to beach & boardwalk.”

”I am not sure how this property received a 10/10 by so many travelers. The photos and reviews for this hotel were very deceiving. I will say that it is an extremely convenient location, directly behind Playland, but that also makes it an extremely loud location. The other positive was that we only stayed one night, and therefore had the ability to use the pool and two decently equipped showers on the last day. Aside from that, I would not stay here again. ”The most important was very clean and close to the board walk but the only problem was no available parking space. I had to find a over night parking space and there was one around the corner which was reasonably priced for that time of year.”

”to start the internet was down so we couldn't even check in and while trying to get things going the front desk lady was complaining about the owners and their family and saying some pretty horrible things. when we finally got in the beds are stiff and hard. the internet continued not to work. upset I responded to a text with a low rating because, it was a bad experience. the next morning our rental car (which we had to put down that we were parking) was keyed with frowny faces. this happened on...

”It needs some updating and the breakfast is not worthy”

”Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price.”

”The hotel was fine on the whole. I pretty much knew what I was getting. The room was clean and the price was great. My only real complaint was the room was so dark! There was ONE lamp and it was all the way across as the room. My suggestion is, just like your own home, you need a functioning lamp on either side of the bed.”
