”Room was clean overall but smoke smell was overwhelming. Instant headache and the odor lingered on us and our belongings afterwards. Room had been painted but extremely outdated and had a scary movie vibe”

”Extremely pleasant and relaxed feeling staying in a Bed & Breakfast that has so much history, (from 1799). We found ourselves imagining what it was like living in that era. and appreciated the architecture and interior decorating style. We loved the “Honor System” and felt safe staying there. Snacks were available in the kitchen area at all times and contributed to the warm and cozy vibe. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was awesome. We loved the Overnight Blueberry French...

”Just seemed we were waiting on their time, I wasnt greeted foe over 5 minutes. And another in my group had to wait an hour for their room that was booked because the system was down. This was late at night! Bed was super comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful overall! Was clean, bathroom lacked anything. Hairdryer was AWFUL!!! Crazily enough i slept well though.”

”Our second time here! The price is good and the location is ok, (it’s not too far from the beach 20min drive). The breakfast was kinda weak though (bare minimum) and overall the place is worn and a little dated. We could hear the gentlemen next door having conversations on his phone so the rooms are not as private as we would like. The best thing about the place is the pool and hot tub and I think the owners know this so they keep that part of the hotel clean and looking good! In...

”We stay here when we are working at our property in Galloway.Staff is always great here.They are in the process of remodeling the rooms not an issue with stay.This is not a 5 star hotel.Being said it is within 15 minutes of AC with plenty to do within 20 minutes in all directions.If you need a place to relax and sleep and shower you can’t go wrong.They need an ICE machine.”

”LOCATION! this is right in the heart of OCNJ. We had the family suite and it slept 6 comfortably. AC was great and the bathroom was BRAND SPANKING NEW. The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun.”

”The rooms are very clean. Great location as it is very close to the beach and several restaurants and shopping district. Very spacious suites/rooms. I’ve always been impressed with Biscayne Suites each time I’ve stayed here.”
