Aloha Yakov, so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our property and services. Papakea used to have sandy beaches but mother nature decided to take it away from us, which we cannot do anything about. Even though there are no restaurants on our property, but there are many options right across the street, down the road, food trucks nearby. The housekeeping fee is not for services during your stay. It is called Checkout Cleaning Fee, as to cleaning your unit for the next arrival after you checkout. Mahalo.

Aloha Alan, We apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced in the first unit you checked into. You are correct, all units are individually owned and their personal preferences may differ from our guests. The photo's on our site are real units in our program, our business only offers pictures of each category view we sell and unfortunately do not advertise for each specific unit. Despite the inconvenience, we are glad to know the team found you another unit that best suited your comfort for the remainder of your stay.
