Great hotel to stay with children, some extra touches that make the stay easier and more fun for families. The pool area is in need of maintenance but it did not spoil our visit. Drinks service could be a bit better. Would recommend and would come back.

Hotel was decent. Did not love it but it was good for a 1 night stay before we went to Barcelona from Luton airport. It is close by so that was a plus and main reason for booking. AC did not work at all. They gave us a standing fan which did not really deliver much of anything but it was all we had to work with. Good short stay if traveling via LTN Airport, minutes away

Family stay for Harry Potter tour visit.
The Harry Potter trail around the hotel was an unexpected surprise loved by our 8 year old ahead of our Harry Potter visit!

Booked room with a baby and end up with sofa bed and uncomfortable sofa bed mattress. Room is average. I had to pay £14 for car park for 2 nights !!!! RIP off .

This is a nice, clean and well kept hotel with great access and location. The staff are friendly and helpful and it has lots of amenities. Our family room was huge and everything worked well. The only downside for me was that breakfast was a shambles and very disorganised. No cutlery on tables, coffee machines not working etc. We could have just turned up at the peak moment and others may have had no issues at all. As I say, brilliant hotel otherwise.

It was so good to see old friends and make new ones. You have some amazing staff that all deserve a $10 raise for just how much they take care of their costumers. Hopefully, I will get to come back again next year. Tee-checked me in and was supper nice Paulina- loved to see old friends super sweet as always! Debbie-was so amazing to see her again and just love her smile and personality! Kara-thank you for all the sites to see and recommendations, I was able to share with my friend who will be traveling there next year. Dana-sweet as can be! Mo you were missed. Next time I’m back I want to hear all about your travels! Fhad was super sweet. I’m not a morning person but thank you for your kindness. Marie Joy thank you for your patience with me and my friend. Catherine so sweet, my bags were heavy, that girl power pulled through though. Thank you.

The hotel gym and pool area leave a lot to be desired. They are in terrible condition and require investment to make it both cleaner, more hygienic and less run down…

The beds were very soft and uncomfortable, with multiple car alarms going off all night. the pool and changing room were dirty and the jacuzzi wasn't even working. One of the bar staff was just plain rude and everything was an effort, most of the staff didn't know about the offers that were on and we had to explain them to them, and even then, they got it wrong, so we just gave up in the end. Upside food was good, and a good location to visit Harry Potter Studio Tour which the main purpose for our stop over.

Good location, easy check in, great food, good facilities. What I didn’t like was kids running down the hallways and corridors, as I was hoping for early night but it was not quiet. It all stopped ~22.30 so not that bad, but there was a lot of excitement going on. Also the car park fee is not included in your stay and you need to pay separately. But overall good experience and I’ll be happy to stay there again.
