”Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.”

”Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. ”

”Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

”I booked for 4 nights,stayed for the first then left,i think that says it all,the room stank of weed.when i got home i had to wash ALL of my clothes,including the ones i hadn't worn that where hanging in the wardrobe...dreadful experience ”

”I had to booked to stay overnight. When I arrived. I checked in approx 2045. Went to room. Seemed to be dirty room, as edges of carpet not hoovered. mattress exposed appeared tired. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of weed and urine. The door just next to mines had been kicked off the hinges. Was wide open with damage. I raised issue with Khizai, I checked out and didn't stay as didn't feel safe. As seems to be shady individuals dealing drugs at the premises. I have messaged for resolution but no...

”The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Pointed out wardrobe door to concierge and they had it fixed the next day, but should have been done before guest arrival - tables in hallway tired and peeling off. The staff was friendly though, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good choice.”

”Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive.”
