Nous avons pu en découvrir plus sur les coutumes et nous avons reçu de très bons conseils pour visiter les environs. ”I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. Kamal, his wife and Souffiane made my stay enjoyable and relaxing.”

”Fantastic place! In the middle of Atlas mountains, facing the giant Toubkal. Hamid is a very friendly host, always ready to help. Rooms are spatious , with heater and warm water, breakfast is full of good things to start the day… and they can provide tasty dinners to top it all. Will defenitely recommend for anyone wanting to wander around Atlas mountains or climb the Toubkal. Otherwise you can spend hours looking at the mountains on their sunny roof top! ”

”This is a small hotel, one hour south of Marrakesh. It was a nice drive through a couple of villages and slowly climbing but you're in no way at a significant altitude. I asked for a car to take us from our hotel in Marrakesh. That was fine but in hindsight I should have arranged it myself and probably saved myself half the 70 euros I did pay. You could certainly arrange pickup from the lodge by someone from Marrakesh but we did use their (different) man, who drove us back and was friendly. I...

”Absolutely amazing. Salma (I hope I spelled your name correctly) looked after us the whole time, giving us a welcome tea when we arrived. We had an amazing couscous for dinner which was homemade and so big we both struggled to finish! And the breakfast was traditional Moroccan, the local honey and peach jam were particularly nice. Thankyou so much for your hospitality, it was a really special part of our holiday!”

The communal bathroom was shared between 4 rooms (with the potential of 14 guests); it consisted of two cubicles one for a shower and the other a toilet with questionable flushing- everything else was open plan.
