”This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!”

”This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway.”

”We rented the cottage to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Needless to say, i wanted everything to be perfect. The cottage was exactly as advertised and everything i hoped it would be!! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the main area but far enough to have some quiet time. My wife loved the location, the cottage and the whole Rosemary Beach experience. The host's communication was excellent I highly recommend her!”

”The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog.”

”This carriage house was everything we hoped for, It exuded charm and comfort, cleanliness, and everything we needed except the food. The proximity to the beach is priceless, and the association keeps everything clean and secure on the beach as well as the streets. We walked everywhere. One full day we went east of the panhandle and another day we went west. We need to go back so I could do nothing but sit on the beach and hang at the house. Our host was very accommodating and her response was...

”We loved our stay at 30b!! The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. I spent most of my time relaxing at the plunge pool or on the porch swing. It is a quick and easy walk to Seaside square. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra blankets and towels. Cyndi was awesome with communication too! We will definetly be back!”

”There's nothing NOT to love about Good Life. It's in a great location for the many great neighborhoods and activities along 30A and the private beach is the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and rent bikes so that you can explore all that this area has to offer. Why rent one of the massive houses when Good Life has everything you need right here? Should you encounter some Florida rain, the owner has plenty of games for you to play while you wait for the sunshine to return. You'll enjoy this...

”Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!”

”My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that...

”Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved.”

”Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good.”

”Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. The neighborhood is all brick/paver-lined...

”What a lovely trip! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach—walked right down from our deck! The condo was just right for the 2 of us, and it was so nice to have uncrowded beaches! We’ll be back!!”

”My main issue is I did not realize it was on a busy road. From the photos it looks like it’s in the woods. A few easy fixes would improve rating. Close to great bars and restaurants plus beach although r weather was wet and windy”

”We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.”
