”We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !!”

”Close to the beach, well maintained, and had basics so we didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Has beach chairs/umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have beach towels, travel glasses/tumblers for the beach, cooler for the beach, and food storage items (containers, ziplocks, foil, etc.) but not a deal breaker just nice to have. ”

”Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”

”From the time we arrived until the time we left, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at New Moon Tide. The host was a GREAT communicator, and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. This property was exactly as advertised, and we would absolutely stay again!”
