”We really enjoyed our visit at the guest house at the 30 acre Horse Ranch. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren were able to pet and feed the horses which they absolutely loved. Susan was so gracious and kind. She took us on a tour of the farm on the golf cart. We were able to go down one of the walking trails to the river. She also showed us the other two properties which were just beautiful. Our grandchildren didn’t want to leave. ”We had a great stay at the farmhouse. Felt very much like home. House was clean and well appointed. Hosts are kind. Wish we had better weather during our stay to spend more time outside. The deck, pond, firepit and surrounding property are certainly a highlight. ”

”Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.”

”We have stayed at this location at least 20 times over the years because it is close to family. This last visit we noticed that the carpet tiles in the entryway are curled up to be a trip hazard We were goven towels with large bands of a black stain. The ice machine on the third floor has been missing for the last two stays. The staff has always been helpful and friendly but some things are out of their control”
