”We had a wonderful one week stay at the cottage. The location was perfect we enjoyed riding our bikes 1 mile into Jacksonville to explore. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and we loved hearing the horses, cows and the peacock greet us each morning. While the living room furniture was older the beds were delightfully comfortable. ”

”We were able to walk everywhere! The apartment is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The garden was in full bloom in April.”

”This property was awesome. I spent two of my days here watching the doe gtaze in the front or back yard and later discovered there was actually two of them at times. Its very peaceful and not as far from town as it seems. Check in is very easy and accomadating. ”

”This townhouse is very nice. The primary bedroom suite is huge and well appointed. The 2nd bedroom (both are upstairs) has a queen bed and the bathroom is adjacent. The kitchen is excellent with very good appliances, up to date counter tops, etc. This was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay, and WAY better than getting 2 hotel rooms somewhere. (As an aside, a bit of touch up paint could easily cover up a few nicks/small holes in the walls in various rooms.)”

”For our visit to Ashland, this was a perfect home base. It's a great spot to walk from and enjoy the many nearby shops, restaurants, theater, and Lithia Park. The host really offered everything we needed: umbrellas, washer and dryer with supplies, extra towels, and even coffee. A great place to stay.”

”Cute cottage for 1 or 2 people. It was 100 degrees outside but the AC worked great to keep it cool inside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook a nice meal. Nice clean decor and linens. Located just 1/2 block from shops and restaurants, walk everywhere easily including Britt Fest. Friendly town with a nice variety of things to explore including nearby hiking trails.”

”We truly enjoyed everything about this place. The room was nice, cozy and had a lot of unnecessary niceties. Like thick cotton spa. Robes, books, nice linens, very nice shampoo and body washes. The view was lovely and the bed was super comfy. Would stay there again anytime!”
