Kylpylähotellit - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

”The room was big and very clean in a great location inside the Apartment Cafe building. The only downside for me was that a cafe was right above the unit and starting at about 7:30am each morning I could hear the noise from above. If you are normally awake at that time it probably wouldn't bother you because the cafe closes at 10pm and is quiet at night but I usually wake up later than 7:30am. The check-in and communication was great.”

”Nice staffs and clean room”

”A nr perfect hotel. Lots of friendly staff which would always make the effort. Roof top pool is a nice touch and free take away drinks from the hotel lobby was an unexpected nice touch. Location is ideal nr local metro station and all the main shopping areas. Plus great for familles”

”Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla kauppakeskuksen sisällä. Lounge on ala-arvoinen ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta huolimatta. Loungessa on erittäin suppea tarjoiluvalikoima. Aina joutui...

”Great location that's close to pretty much everything. Good size and modern rooms, attentive and very helpful multilingual staff, fresh tasty snacks available for guests in the foyer pretty much all day and high quality cleaning. Overall a great place to stay in HCMC and excellent value. The only real downside was that the pillows are shockingly uncomfortable.”

”Wonderful hotel to stay at. The hotel was new and clean. The staff was friendly and kind.”

”It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the...

”Amazing hotel, loved everything about it. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they were always willing to help with bags and any requests. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in HCMC. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included, and was exceptional.”

”One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Not only were they super attentive but we had a little bit of a mix up in the beginning but they went above and beyond to get everything situated but also threw in extras to make up for the mix ups.”
