Loistava hotelli hienolla huoneella (deluxe, ammeellinen, halvimmasta luokasta ei kokemusta). Kalleimmilla huoneilla oma lounge ja respa ylhäällä. Allas ja skybar hyvät. Ateria- tai spapalveluita ei testattu. Nappisijainti Pham Ngu Laon ravintola-alueen vieressä, helppo kävellä myös kauemmas. Luotettavia VinaSunin takseja odottaa ovella. Huomaamaton, mutta tarvittaessa saatavilla oleva palvelu, mm. Whatsappissa päivystävä Butler, jos kaupungilla tulee kysyttävää. Noin viidesti päivässä kaupungille muutamaan kohteeseen vievä shuttle-kuljetus, jolla tosin ei pääse takaisin. Vilpitön suositus.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities. It's right next to the busy backpacking area with a lot of restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to dining haunts, easy access to various localities by Grab. Great breakfast spread and friendly and professional staff. Will come back and stay. Great amenities as expected.

Stayed 4 night in March 2024. Would have given 2 stars…read below why 3 stars and no more than that. The welcome was basic - not friendly not rude just “blah”. Rooms are very poorly designed. 1. Bathrooms have no door to enter the bathroom. So someone could be taking a shower and if you are near the entrance (closet area) you see them completely! 2. The mirror for makeup /shaving has lights…which don’t work. 3. There is no fan to remove the steam so the shower area has a mold smell. It is a breeding ground for mold. 4. The shower door opens out. So impossible to put the towel mat so when exiting the shower, you either side step to the side of the shower or walk on the tiles and risk slipping. 5. The actual shower taps are all fancy…and challenging to figure out how to increase hot water /cold water. The room lighting is ridiculous. So many switches to turn this light on, that light off. One side of the bed controls all the lights. The other side of the bed has 1 switch that sometimes switches lights on and then off. And if someone is in the bathroom area, and they switch on the light, the light shines through a tall obscured glass that separates the bed and bathroom. So if you’re sleeping and the other person goes to the bathroom and switches on the bathroom light, you are going to wake up. Ridiculous design. Swimming pool is jut ok. Not enough seats. No towels and so had to ask. This is a 5 star property so shouldn’t have to tell staff to stock up. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are quite large compared to some hotels. I highly recommend the hotel and would definarely go back. The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes and is of very good quality.
